Who we are

20Seven is a trading name of TG Software Pty Ltd (ABN 23 687 191 395), 2110/83-85 Spring Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, Australia. This policy covers the 20seven.xyz website and the 27 Console software at app.20seven.xyz. Questions: byron@20seven.xyz.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address, firm, and anything you type into a form or send us.
  • Account data when you use 27 Console: your login email, the people, companies and campaigns you add, and the messages your agents send and receive on your behalf.
  • Connected-account data: if you connect a Google Workspace account (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets) or a LinkedIn or other third-party account to 27 Console, we access only the data needed for the features you turn on. You choose the scope when you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • Basic website analytics: pages visited and general device information. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use Google user data

When you connect a Google account, 27 Console uses the permissions you grant only to do what you asked it to do: send email from your mailbox, read replies so your outreach stops when someone answers, check or add calendar events, and read or write files you point it at. We do not read your mailbox for any other purpose, we do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. 27 Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting a Google account revokes our access and deletes the stored credential.

How we use everything else

To provide 27 Console and the 20Seven advisory service, to respond to you, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

Providers we use to run the service, each under contract and only to provide their part: Supabase (database and secure credential storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic and other AI model providers (processing your requests; their terms do not permit training on your data), Google (when you connect a Google account), and outreach or data providers you choose to enable (for example LinkedIn tooling or company-data providers). We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connected-account credentials are held in a secrets vault, never in application code, and access is limited to the firm that connected the account. Each customer firm's data is separated from every other firm's.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while you use the service and as long as the law requires. You can disconnect any connected account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your firm's data by emailing byron@20seven.xyz. Deletion removes your data from our live systems; backups expire on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can complain to us or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Email byron@20seven.xyz.

Changes

We will post any change to this page with a new effective date.
