Has Allied Public Risk approached you? Here’s what to do.

How they work

Allied Public Risk is a US insurance underwriting manager focused on public agencies, utilities and emergency-service organisations. In January 2017 it announced the acquisition of Alteris’ WaterPlus, FirePlus and JPRIMA programmes, with 21 employees joining the business. It is part of K2 Insurance Services.

The 2017 transaction transferred insurance programmes and staff into Allied Public Risk. It did not acquire the whole Alteris company. The current site offers primary, self-insured and pooling insurance solutions; active operations do not by themselves establish current acquisition appetite.

Geography
Its operating insurance products serve public entities across the United States. This current market footprint is not a formal geographic acquisition restriction.
Sector focus
Specialist public-sector insurance operations. Its verified buyer history concerns insurance programmes and their operating team; the reviewed sources do not establish a general current acquisition mandate or financial target range.
Capital model
A K2 Insurance Services subsidiary. A separate acquisition budget, dedicated fund or committed-capital amount is not publicly stated in the reviewed company sources.
